It's easy to enroll!

Few Bucks County retirement communities have such a simple process:

1. Contact the Ann’s Choice Sales and Information Office and request an enrollment form or download it here.
2. Return your completed form and fully refundable $1,000 priority deposit, along with the $150 processing fee.
3. When an apartment home with the features you've requested becomes available, we'll alert you. Unlike other Bucks County retirement communities, if you pass on the available unit, we don't move you to the back of the line. You keep your priority status until you're ready to move.
