  • Staff workshops and online job training courses • Video-based training
  • GAIN (Growing Associates in Nursing) to help launch nursing careers
  • SAW (School at Work) to help employees learn or improve basic math and English skills
  • Feedback assessments

  • To help fund employees' retirement, Erickson contributed more than $7.7 million in matching funds to 401k and 403b accounts.
  • To continue our employees’ education, Erickson paid $971,000 in tuition costs for 564 employees.
