  • If you ever move, your fee will be returned to you per our refund process below.
  • Most senior living costs are never recouped. But if you decide to spend the rest of your life at our full-service community, your entrance fee will be returned to your heirs. Refer to our Residence and Care Agreement for more information.

A refund process you can trust

The senior living costs you pay to most retirement communities are rarely refunded. But at our communities, your entrance deposit is normally returned to you or your heirs within a short time after the following occur**:

  1. Your apartment home has been vacated and the keys have been returned to the Sales and Information office.
  2. You have formally released the apartment home so it can be refurbished and made available to a new resident.
  3. The final bill has been paid.
  4. A new resident has secured the apartment home with a full new entrance fee and signed a contract to move in.

When you leave Seabrook, you don't have to deal with the headaches and expense of finding a real estate agent to sell your apartment home, shutting off phones and utilities or paying closing costs. We take care of everything, including securing a new resident for your vacated unit.
