A refund process you can trust

Normally, your entrance deposit will be refunded to you or your heirs within a short time after**:

1. Your apartment home has been vacated and the keys have been returned to the Sales office
2. You have formally released the apartment home so it can be refurbished and made available to a new resident
3. The final bill has been paid
4. A new resident has secured the apartment home with a full new entrance deposit and signed a contract to move in.

When you leave Sedgebrook you don't have to deal with the headaches and expense of finding a real estate agent to sell your apartment home, shutting off phones and utilities or paying closing costs. We take care of everything, including securing a new resident for your vacated unit.
