  Renaissance Gardens offers Personal Care service packages to serve the individual needs of residents, determined by the degree of assistance they require. Packages range from $3,473 to $8,335 a month.

  The Refundable Entrance Deposit¹ is $140,000 to $150,000.

  The most common package at Renaissance Gardens is $4,862 a month and includes all of these services:

  • Initial assessment and follow-up from the complete care team (physician, nurse, social worker, dietitian, rehabilitation therapist, mental health worker, family, and resident) to create an individualized plan
  • Flexible dining—the choice to eat a variety of foods
  • 24-hour security and emergency services
  • Medical supplies (including incontinence products)
  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with bathing
  • Housekeeping
  • Social work services
  • Utilities (except for telephone)
  • Satellite television
  • Maintenance of residence
  • Activities and entertainment
  • Safety reminders, cueing, and supervision
  • Medical appointment scheduling
  • Amenities of the larger Ann's Choice campus

• Long-Term Nursing Care Service package and pricing

  Long-Term Nursing Care at Renaissance Gardens at Ann's Choice costs $330 a day. All rooms are private. The Refundable Entrance Deposit¹ is $140,000 to $150,000.

  The service package includes the following:

  • Total assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, walking, and mobility
  • Wound care
  • Intravenous hydration program
  • Initial assessment and follow-up from the complete care team (physician, nurse, social worker, dietitian, rehabilitation therapist, mental health worker, family, and resident) to create an individualized plan
  • Flexible dining—the choice to eat a variety of foods
  • 24-hour security and emergency services
  • Medical supplies (including incontinence products)
  • Medication administration
  • Housekeeping
  • Social work services
  • Utilities (except for telephone)
  • Satellite television
  • Maintenance of residence

  When you or your loved one requires therapy after hospitalization for an illness, injury, or surgery, Renaissance Gardens provides physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Our full-time Erickson Living^® therapists provide personalized therapy programs to meet your individual needs.

  A few important points to remember about Short-Term Rehabilitation:

  • Medicare typically pays for Short-Term Rehabilitation costs.
  • You or your loved one can choose where you go for rehab.
  • Pending availability, you or your loved one can come to Renaissance Gardens for Short-Term Rehabilitation even if you are not an Ann's Choice resident.
