The Flexible Pricing Program at Henry Ford Village is a unique benefit that allows you to select a financial setup that fits your budget and lifestyle.

People often use some of the proceeds from their house sale to pay their entrance deposit. But what if you’d rather not sell your house right now? Or maybe you’d like to try Henry Ford Village first, and then sell your house? Whatever the circumstances, we can work with you.

Here's how it works:

There are two fees associated with living at Henry Ford Village—a Refundable Entrance Deposit* and the Monthly Service Package. When you opt for Flexible Pricing, you choose the best combination of these fees from our sliding scale. The more you pay for your entrance deposit the less you’ll pay each month, and vice versa.
