Here’s how it works:

• 1. Call 1-800-957-2231 to have a Priority List application mailed to you.
• 2. Write a check for your fully refundable $1,000 deposit.
• 3. Mail your completed application and check to the Sales and Information Office.
• 4. When the type of apartment home you want becomes available, we’ll call you. If you’re ready to move, great! If not, you can pass on the apartment home to the next member of the Priority List while maintaining your priority standing. When another one that meets your preferences opens up, we’ll let you know!
