Whether you plan to move right away or a few years down the road, by joining our risk-free Priority List you’ll get to pick your favorite floor plan, building, and view! With the popularity of our apartment homes, the Priority List is the best way to reserve the one you want.

Here’s how it works:

• 1. Call to have a Priority List application mailed to you.
• 2. Submit the fully refundable $1,000 deposit and a $150 per person processing fee by check.
• 3. Mail your completed application and checks to the Sales and Information Office.
• 4. When the type of apartment home you want becomes available, we’ll call you. If you’re ready to move, great! If not, you can pass on the apartment home to the next member of the Priority List while maintaining your priority standing. When another one that meets your preferences opens up, we’ll let you know!
