• 1. Call to have a Priority List application mailed to you.
• 2. Unlike other Silver Spring retirement communities, your $1,000 deposit to join the Priority List is refundable.*
• 3. Mail the completed application and check to the Sales and Information Office.
• 4. When the type of apartment home you want becomes available, we’ll call you. At other Silver Spring retirement communities, you lose your spot in line if you’re not immediately ready to reserve. Not at Riderwood! You can pass on the apartment home to the next member of the Priority List while maintaining your priority standing. When another home that meets your preferences opens up, we’ll let you know!
