WARMINSTER, PA - To help celebrate the nation's pastime of baseball and honor the Phillies who are embarking on the annual journey to win another championship, Ann's Choice residents limbered up their arms and swung for the fences in the 10th Annual Ann's Choice Home Run Derby.

Fourteen participants used real bats and pounded softballs on the Ann's Choice Great Lawn. There were two divisions - a women's league and men's division. WARMINSTER, PA - Continuing Care at Ann's Choice received 5-Star Rating from U.S. News & World Report for 2014 and voted a "Best Nursing Home" in the United States by the publication. Ann's Choice has received the 5-Star rating for two years in a row.
