Referring friends is rewarding

Loyalty is richly rewarded at Ann's Choice.

Since 2008, the "All-Star Club" has recognized residents who refer friends and family to the community. Twice a year, the sales team hosts a celebratory luncheon to thank the residents and those they've referred for joining the priority list and/or reserving an apartment home. 

The most recent luncheon featured a champagne toast to the 35 current and future residents; a sumptuous meal of filet mignon and lobster tail; and resident ambassador Bud Williams providing entertainment at the piano. 

Sales Director Deborah Olcese explains, "The All-Star program is our way of expressing gratitude to residents who've shared the benefits of an active, maintenance-free life at Ann's Choice. It's a festive and fun way to welcome new residents to the community and to celebrate our new priority list members.  

"Happy residents are our most effective ambassadors," Olcese adds. "Personal experience is powerful, and we deeply appreciate their help in introducing Ann's Choice to friends and family. They hear about the rich, fulfilling, carefree lives they can lead here, and they trust that positive word-of-mouth."

Benefits of priority list membership

If you're curious about what life is really like at Ann's Choice, joining the priority list is a risk-free way to find out. As a priority list member, you'll receive: 

First right of refusal on the apartment home you've selected, based on the date you join. When that model becomes available, you can reserve it or pass on it, with no change to your position on the list. 

Advance notice of important community news, as priority list members are always the first to be informed.

Invitations to exclusive, members-only events, including workshops, seminars, parties, and luncheons. It's a great way to get to know your future neighbors and the friendly staff.

Realty and moving assistance from our personal moving consultant, who can help with everything from downsizing and packing to finding an experienced local real estate agent.

Membership requires a onetime $150 application fee and a fully refundable $1,000 deposit. If you change your mind, we return your deposit; if you move to Ann's Choice, or any Erickson Living-managed community, we apply it to your entrance deposit.
