Ann’s Choice On-Site Medical Care

Senior-Focused Care, Steps From Your Door

Ann’s Choice has one important benefit that a house can’t offer: peace of mind. Here, you’ll find a full-service medical center staffed by doctors who specialize in senior health care for our residents. It’s located in the Village Clubhouse just a short, indoor stroll from your apartment home.

There’s no need to change doctors. You’re free to use the medical center strictly as needed. But, after you visit once, you may be so impressed that you decide to make the switch.

The Ann’s Choice medical center provides:

  • Senior-focused physicians. Our full-time doctors are experts in senior health and wellness.
  • Same-day appointments. Because our doctors see fewer patients than the average physician, you can often get an appointment the day you call when you become a medical center patient.
  • One-on-one care. Our doctors  get to know you as a person, not a patient. They’ll help you develop a wellness plan to meet your personal goals.
  • Ultimate convenience. Visit the doctor without driving or paying expensive parking fees.
  • The expertise of Erickson Health Medical Group. Our unique health care practice is reserved exclusively for the people who live at our community. We understand senior health like nobody else!

The doctors are wonderful and they see you promptly. We weren’t used to such wonderful service.
Harvey and Elise Bratis
