Understanding Our Financial Structure

How Much Does It Cost to Live at Ann’s Choice?

A History of Financial Strength

What sets Ann’s Choice apartments apart from other Bucks County senior living options? It’s our financial strength and track record. Consider these financial benefits:

  • Not-for-Profit Community
Ann's Choice is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and an affiliate of National Senior Campuses, Inc. (NSC). The focus of the boards of NSC and its affiliated communities is on pursuing their not-for-profit missions and on the people who call the NSC communities home.
  • Home for Life Commitment
Unlike other communities, Ann’s Choice maintains a Benevolent Care Fund. This fund assists eligible residents who outlive their resources. No one has ever been asked to leave because of a genuine inability to pay.

  • Consistent Growth
Since opening our doors in 2003, we’ve seen steady and measured growth. Our campus includes three residential neighborhoods, three clubhouses, and an on-site continuing care neighborhood.

  • Higher Than Average Occupancy
We’ve exceeded industry standards for occupancy ever year that we’ve been open. As of January 2015, we have an occupancy rate of more than 97%—significantly higher than the industry average of 88%.

  • Fee-for-Service Advantage
Many senior living communities require you to pay upfront for services you may never need. Not Ann’s Choice. Here, you only pay for a higher level of heath care when and if you need it.

  • Senior Living Expertise
Ann’s Choice is a community managed by Erickson Living, a network of communities with 30-plus years of experience in senior living and health. Currently, Erickson Living has 19 communities in 11 states.
