Anne Robinson is Named Program Manager for Fox Run's Extended Care Neighborhood

ANNE ROBINSON IS NAMED PROGRAM MANAGER FOR FOX RUN'S EXTENDED CARE NEIGHBORHOOD NOVI, MI (October 11, 2011) -- Anne Robinson has been named Program Manager for Fox Run's extended care neighborhood in Novi. Robinson will be responsible for leading the transformative journey of creating a community at Renaissance Gardens at Fox Run where persons with cognitive loss can continue to flourish and be actively engaged in meaningful experiences that really matter to them. Prior to joining Fox Run, Anne Robinson, MA, was the Executive Director of Optimal Life Designs in Dementia Care, a non-profit organization known for its creative leadership in designing innovative and quality education programs for health professionals and direct care staff. Robinson founded and directed the Alzheimer's Education Program at Eastern Michigan University for sixteen years.  She is co-author ofUnderstanding Difficult Behaviors handbook, co-editor of a training manual, Developing Meaningful Connections with People with Dementia; and co-producer of the documentary, Wesley Hall: A Special Life. She has presented at many regional, national and international conferences on dementia care and is currently involved in long-distance caregiving for her father who has progressive dementia.
