Sixteen Apartments Are Reserved at Riderwood During Home Expo at Silver Spring, MD Campus

SILVER SPRING, MD (April 18, 2012) - Sixteen apartments were reserved at Riderwood retirement community during its Home Expo. In addition, 13 prospective residents were added to the priority list and 20 home visits were scheduled. Hundreds of people attended the Home Expo. The event put people in touch with real estate professionals, downsizing experts, home staging specialists, and packing and moving company representatives. In addition, Riderwood's floor plans were open for tours. Riderwood, which has nearly 3,000 residents, sits on 120 acres that stretch across Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. Riderwood offers extensive wellness and prevention programs, balance assessment and fall prevention programs, and Fitness and Aquatics Centers.
