There is also an on-site Medical Center, Fitness Center, billiards room, Creative Arts Studio, Classroom, computer lab, all-season pool and hot tub, woodwork and hobby shop, and many other conveniences.   The Derby Clubhouse features with The Acorn, a bistro-style pub which offers a fully stocked bar and light sandwiches and salads, along with the Overlook Restaurant. There is also a pharmacy, Performing Arts Theater and an internal state-of-the-art television studio where people who live and work at Linden Ponds produce and star in informative television programming.
