Seabrook Announces The Appointment of Julie Seydel as Director of Sales

TINTON FALLS, NJ - Seabrook announced today that Julie Seydel joins the community as its new sales director. Julie will continue the to lead the community's sales mission in assisting prospective residents who are looking to learn about the 62-plus continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls by educating them about all that Seabrook can offer them. She will also help the community continue its goal of ensuring that residents receive top-notch quality care, services and endless opportunities for them to lead a vibrant lifestyle. In her role, Julie will lead the six member sales team, including Sales Counselor Susan Coulson and Personal Moving Consultant Laurie Williamson. Together, this team will assist retirees by helping them not only learn about the Seabrook lifestyle, but help them sell their home through various programs. This assistance ranges from staging to downsizing to finding a realtor and moving company  Julie said, "I am excited to work with the older adults of this region to ensure their future success and educate them about all that Seabrook has to offer. She has worked in marketing and sales for acute, post-rehabilitation, home health and skilled nursing facilities in the western part of the United States. Prior to moving out to the east coast, Julie oversaw the marketing and sales efforts for 27 senior health care facilities. A graduate of California State University, Chico and California State University, San Jose, Julie has also become involved in a variety of philanthropic causes, including Alzheimer's awareness campaigns and a program where charitable members "adopt" a senior and help supplement their income, assisting the older adult financially. In her spare time, Julie enjoys running, fishing, cooking and travel. She is now a resident of Monmouth County and loves it.
