Fox Run Residents Identify 42 Countries as Their Origins of Ancestry

NOVI, MI (January 14, 2013) - Fox Run retirement community residents in Novi, MI, have identified a total of 42 countries as their origins of ancestry. They did so in a month-long project sponsored by the Unity in the Community Committee. Large maps displayed in clubhouses invited Fox Run residents to pin hang tags on cities and counties from which their ancestors came. A total of 248 tags were posted. Additionally, 40 tags were posted in the United States portion of the maps, representing 15 states. Countries of origin include Albania, Japan, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Russia, Cyrus, and Senegal.
