Wind Crest Marks 19 Percent Increase in Apartment Home Settlements for First Half of 2013

HIGHLANDS RANCH, CO  (August 6, 2013) -- Wind Crest retirement community marked a 19 percent increase in settlements of apartment homes for the first half of 2013  It also marked a jump in reservations. As a result, Wind Crest today is at an all-time high of 99.1% percent occupancy. A total of 19 apartment homes were settled in the first half of 2013, compared to 16 for the same period  the prior year. In addition, a total of 13 people reserved apartment homes, compared to 10  for the same period the prior year. People moved to Wind Crest from geographic areas of California, Arkansas, Florida, St. Simon's Island, Georgia, Overland Park and South Kansas City. A key factor in helping people move to Wind Crest  was the in-house realty services program that connected prospective residents with movers, real estate agents and move-in officials to make the selling of a home, and the logistics management that go along with it, as easy as possible.
