Pamela Sutton Named Greenspring’s New Director of Resident Life

Pamela Sutton(Springfield, Va.) – Pamela Sutton has recently been named the new Director of Resident Life at Greenspring, an Erickson Living retirement community in Springfield, Va.  She brings to Greenspring more than 22 years of experience working in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Greenspring, Sutton was the Director of Rehabilitation at a large nursing facility and spent the last 16 years working with seniors.  As the Director of Resident Life, she will provide leadership and operational oversight to a variety of departments  including Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Community TV, Pastoral Ministries, Intermissions, Social Work, Home Support, Certified Home Health, and Hospice.

Sutton received a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Howard University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix.
