6 prostate cancer-fighting foods to eat this Movember

You may see more men with mustaches this month. They could just be growing it to prepare for the colder weather, but they're most likely participating in the "Movember" movement, an organization which works to create awareness around prostate and testicular cancer, as well as other men's health concerns.

However, with regular doctor's visits and a healthy diet and lifestyle, men can reduce their risk of developing these health issues. Try incorporating more of these foods into your diet to ward off the disease and maintain your good health.

1. Tomatoes
If you need another reason to indulge on pasta, here's one: tomatoes are known to provide major health benefits, thanks to their vitamins and antioxidants. They can help control blood glucose levels, flush out toxins and more. For a low-carb alternative to pasta, try a classic antipasto.
