People at Linden Ponds walk and raise $16,000 for Alzheimer’s Association

Hingham, MA -- Over 150 people who live and work at Linden Ponds participated in a “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” walk at the Hingham Retirement Community.   More than $16,000 was raised.

“This was the first time Linden Ponds held a “Walk to End Alzheimer’s” event on site and we had a wonderful turnout,” said Mairi Bleakie, Philanthropy Manager, Linden Ponds.  “We raised over $16,000 for Alzheimer's Association.  It was a wonderful day."

People walked around the campus and enjoyed a cookout all while raising money for a good cause.
