Creating Dream Homes at Eagle’s Trace

HOUSTON, TX—At Eagle’s Trace, one size does not fit all when customers select their new apartment homes.

Just ask Ryan Leos, a project manager at the Erickson Living retirement community located in West Houston.  Mr. Leos leads the Custom Interiors Department, presenting future residents with an array of stylish options and amenities to enhance their selected floor plans.

“We literally re-create the preferences of a customer to turn their new apartment into a dream home at Eagle’s Trace,” said Mr. Leos.

The process involves spending time with customers and listening to their wish lists.

“Once a future resident reserves an apartment home, I schedule an appointment in our showroom conveniently located here at Eagle’s Trace to discuss any finishes and upgrades they are considering.  These include crown molding, built-in shelving and hardwood flooring.  Then our General Services team gets to work in making those selections a reality,” described Mr. Leos.

Pamela Burgeson, the Director of Sales & Marketing, agrees that being able to take advantage of custom interior options is a major selling point for Eagle’s Trace.

“We already offer forty-three unique floor plans featuring one-and two-bedrooms and beyond,” stated Ms. Burgeson.  “But those choices actually grow exponentially when you consider that our customers can select anything from granite countertops to designer wall coverings and paint to enhance their new home.”

Ms. Burgeson noted that “our customers are thrilled that our custom interior experts are located right here at Eagle’s Trace.  They are able to interact with our team when they visit the community prior to move-in day.”

And those professionals like Mr. Leos, who has been with Eagle’s Trace for five years, are consistently searching for new ideas to stay at the forefront of senior living trends.

“We take training courses and do our own research as to how we can provide customers with the best options.  And yes, even home improvement shows on television stimulate our creativity,” stated Mr. Leos.  “The finest ideas, though, come from simply listening to our residents.”

“The best part of my job is making people feel at home,” said Mr. Leos.
