Victor Cirrincione is Charlestown's New Executive chef

CATONSVILLE, MD (August 10, 2015) – Erickson Living has named Victor Cirrincione the Executive Chef for Charlestown retirement community. Chef Victor, who was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Silver Spring, MD., has always had a passion for the culinary arts.

Chef Victor’s first job was working at Sir Walter Raleigh Inn, a steak and  seafood restaurant in Wheaton, MD. He has also enjoyed a successful career at many popular dining venues, including the Sagamore Hotel and Resort in New York, the Equinox Hotel in Vermont, the Boar’s Head Inn, Kingsmill Resort and The Inn at Little Washington -- all in Virginia.

Chef Victor graduated from Adirondack Community College in Glens Falls, NY,  in 1985. He became a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation in March 2011.

Chef Victor comes to Charlestown after having worked for 12 years at Riderwood, an Erickson Living community in Silver Spring, MD, as Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef.
