Executive Team Information

Meet the individuals who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of Brooksby Village.

Tracie Bettano, Executive Director

Tracie has over 20 years of health care experience in the clinical, rehabilitation, and management areas. She holds a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Early in her career, she worked as a speech-language pathologist in acute care teaching hospitals on the east coast before moving her focus to senior care and leadership roles. In addition to her clinical degree, she is a licensed nursing home administrator. Tracie joined the Brooksby team in 2004 with the opening of the continuing care neighborhood. Prior to her current role, she held many community and corporate positions, including rehabilitation and wellness manager, director of rehabilitation operations, director of continuing care, and associate executive director.

Justin Paradis, Associate Executive Director

Justin began his career with the Erickson Living enterprise in 2006 as a physical therapist at Brooksby Village. In March of 2008, he became rehabilitation manager at Linden Ponds in Hingham. After completing the administrator in training program, Justin assumed the role of assistant administrator of continuing care in January 2013. In October of 2013 he was promoted to director of continuing care.  Justin returned to Brooksby Village in 2014, where he served as the director of continuing care until July 2017. He was promoted to associate executive director in August of 2017. Justin received a bachelor of science in exercise science and a minor in history at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst . Later, he attended MGH Institution of Health Professions in Boston and earned a doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Dr. Aliza Acker, Medical Director

Dr. Acker joined the Brooksby team in November 2016. She earned both her bachelor's degree and medical degrees from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beersheba, Israel. Dr. Acker completed her residency in family practice at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is board-certified in internal medicine. Dr. Acker resides in Swampscott with her husband.

Charleen Archambault, Director of Dining Services

Charleen was hired as the assistant director of dining services in 2004 and was promoted to director of dining services in 2008. She was formerly the purchasing manager for a biotechnology company that specialized in food safety diagnostic testing. Charleen is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with an M.S. in organizational leadership. She also holds a degree in dietetic technology from Essex Agricultural and Technical Institute and a B.A. in English from Salem State University. Charleen is a certified food management practitioner, a certified dietary manager, and a member of the Board of Nutritional Science Dietetic Technology for North Shore Community College. She resides in Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Suzanne Davis, Director of Sales

Suzanne joined the Brooksby team in August of 2008 as the health care counselor in continuing care. She held that position until August of 2011 when she was promoted to director of sales. During her career in the senior living industry she has held the position of director of sales for Marriott Senior Living, Sunrise Senior Living, and Brookdale Senior Living. She attended the University of Maine and received her gerontology degree from North Shore Community College in 1997. Suzanne has four children and four grandchildren. She currently resides with her husband in Boxford, Massachusetts.

Mary Naughton, Director of Human Resources

Mary joined the Brooksby team in 2002 as the human resources manager. In 2005 she was promoted to the director of human resources. Mary has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. She graduated from Stonehill College with a bachelor’s degree in education. While attending Stonehill College, Mary was an NCAA All-American in women’s basketball. Mary has also been inducted into five different basketball halls of fame across New England.

Christopher Massey, Director of General Services

Chris has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, mechanical design, and real estate management. Prior to joining Brooksby, he worked for five years as director of facilities at a continuing care retirement community in Portland, Oregon. Chris also worked as a mechanical design project manager for Disney, Universal Studios, and Cirque de Soleil in Asia, South America, and Europe. His other facilities management experience includes work for the Department of Defense in Southern California and the Oregon Zoo. Chris and his family currently reside in Southern New Hampshire.

Christa Baldini, Continuing Care Administrator

Christa joined Brooksby Village in 2019. As continuing care administrator she is responsible for the overall management of the continuing care neighborhood. Christa has worked in the long-term care industry for her entire professional career and has over 20 years of experience as a licensed nursing home administrator. She attended Penn State University and New Hampshire College. Christa graduated with a degree in elementary education and business administration with a concentration in health care management.

 

Pam Simpson, Resident Life Director

Pam began her career in the non-profit sector on Cape Cod, acting as communications manager for the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce and then as marketing director for a charitable organization for individuals with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). In 2010, Pam transitioned into senior care and operations, working at Bayada Home Health Care as the director for multiple locations, including Providence, RI, Falmouth, MA, and Danvers, MA. Before joining the Brooksby team, Pam was the senior executive director for LCB Senior Living at the Ipswich, MA location. She earned her bachelor of arts degree in public relations from Suffolk University.
