A Giant Turkey and Brooksby Village Residents Will Walk Together for Haven From Hunger

Peabody, MA - One large turkey and hundreds of people from Brooksby Village will participate in the annual Turkey Trot at Brooksby Village on Wednesday, November 20 at 11am.

Over the last few weeks, people donated canned goods and other food donations and both will be presented to Haven From Hunger before the walk at 11am.  Then walkers will walk a mile around the campus.

Brooksby Village Hosted its own Red Sox Rolling Rally Featuring Mayor of Peabody

Peabody, MA --   Brooksby Village in Peabody celebrated the Boston Red Sox winning the World Series at their very own Red Sox Rolling Rally.  Residents and staff watched as Mayor Ted Bettencourt, State Rep Leah Cole, people dressed as the Red Sox, a replica World Series Trophy and more passed by in the parade.  There was also a meet and greet with Wally the Green Monster in the Brooksby Village Catering Room. Local Students Working at Brooksby Village Learn Group Unity and Team Building at Local Ropes Course

Peabody, MA - A group of high school and college students who are employed as Service Coaches at Brooksby Village spent the day at Project Adventure's Outdoor Recreation Project. Peabody, MA - Erickson Living has named Todd DeLaney as the Associate Executive Director at Brooksby Village in Peabody, MA, one of two Erickson Living developed and managed sites in the Boston area.

Brooksby Village has named Reverend Karen Maleri as the new Manager of Pastoral Ministries. Reverend Maleri comes to Brooksby Village with a wealth of experience in interfaith collaboration, management, and continuing care retirement community experience.   She was an ecumenical liaison for her church in the Milton Interfaith Clergy Association immediately prior to her coming to Brooksby Village.  Reverend Maleri helped to  establish, manage and staff a volunteer program known as the Compassionate Caregivers Group at Havenwood-Heritage Heights, a CCRC in Concord NH, where Reverend Maleri served for eight years.
