Living at Cedar Crest isn’t so different from living in your house. You can come and go as you please, invite friends and family to your home, and live your life with 100-percent independence. Here, however, you gain a few big benefits that you just don’t have in a house.
Our Northern New Jersey campus includes miles of walking paths, lush gardens, a horseshoe court, and even a dog run. Here’s the best part: Our grounds team takes care of shoveling the snow and mowing the lawn.
With more than 100 clubs, classes, and activities, you’ll never lack for fun things to do. Take a dance class, join your friends for happy hour, or treat your grandkids to a meal at any of the five on-site restaurants.
Just steps from your door, you’ll find an on-site medical center staffed by full-time doctors. Independent living residents can also benefit from in-home care through certified home health or a private duty nurse.
If the day comes when you require assisted living or more advanced care, you can move to the on-site continuing care neighborhood. You don’t have to be a Cedar Crest resident to come to the continuing care neighborhood—you just have to be a qualified senior age 62-plus.
Designed for comfort, the neighborhood features “living rooms” for socializing and several dining venues with a variety of nutritious meals.
