What's Included in the Cost?

Choose from a variety of assisted living apartments and service packages to meet your individual needs. There are two costs associated with assisted living, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* and a monthly assisted living service fee that covers the cost of utilities, maintenance, and care services. The cost of your assisted living care package is determined by the degree of care needed and the most common includes the following services:

  • Call response system
  • Access to registered nurse and care associate staff 24 hours a day
  • Monthly wellness visits by a licensed nurse
  • Meal service in the dining room
  • An enriching activities program
  • Daily bed-making

  • Weekly light housekeeping
  • One load of laundry weekly
  • Basic cable TV

For individuals who are not current residents of the Charlestown, a onetime Refundable Entrance Fee* is required. This fee ranges from $80,000-$175,000. 

The assisted living service package fee ranges from $7,095 per month.

*Carefully read the Residence and Care Agreement for the conditions that must be satisfied before the Provider is required to pay the Entrance Fee Refund.

A: Starting the conversation can be the toughest step, so it's important to prepare in advance. Try to anticipate how your loved one will react and strategize your responses. Above all, be honest, empathetic, and listen. For a list of helpful conversation starters, give us a call.

A: In most cases, your loved one can receive additional care without leaving the community. We offer assisted living, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, memory care, and nursing care right here on-site.
