Employee Information

We Appreciate You!

The care and dedication of our employees has always been what sets Erickson Living-managed communities apart from other senior living providers. During the pandemic, employees have been serving our residents—and each other—like never before. These videos are just a glimpse of how much staff members are appreciated and admired for the great work they continue to do.

Important Communications

COVID-19 symptoms can range from mild cold-like symptoms, like chills, sore throat, sniffles, sneezing, and body aches, to more severe flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. If you experience any symptoms, do not come to work, and call the Employee Hotline immediately at 410-402-9572. It’s important to also talk with your primary care physician, who can help you understand the difference between COVID-19, the flu, the common cold, allergies, and other illnesses, as well as recommend the best course of action.
The COVID-19 All Employee Newsletter was developed to help keep community and corporate employees updated on recent developments, new business practices, and important resources and information related to Erickson Living’s response to COVID-19. It is delivered to the inbox of all employees on Fridays, printed and shared with employees who may not have easy access to email, and available for download below.

While all employees play important roles in supporting residents and employees, certain positions have a direct impact on the well-being of independent living and continuing care residents and are considered essential during this critical time. If you are not sure whether your position is considered “essential,” please contact your supervisor for clarification. All community employees are considered essential.
