Self Monitoring Information

If you've recently traveled or have been exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19, the CDC recommends you self-monitor for 14 days. Self-monitoring means observing your health for fever, sore throat, body aches, chills, cough, and difficulty breathing. If you begin to experience symptoms, here's what you should do:

  • Stay home!
  • Call the Employee Hotline at 410-402-9572, notify your supervisor, and call your primary care physician for advice and evaluation.
  • Self-isolate from other household members.
  • Avoid having visitors.
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes.
  • Wash your hands often.
  • Avoid sharing personal household items.
  • Clean all “high-touch” surfaces every day.

If you are being evaluated for or have been diagnosed with COVID-19, call the Employee Hotline at 410-402-9572 and your primary care physician to develop a treatment plan. We ask that you also notify your supervisor and/or HR department immediately.

We Appreciate You!
