Resident Services

During the pandemic, Erickson Living is continually creating new and enhanced ways to provide services and amenities to residents.

In-home dining

All dining venues at Erickson Living communities have closed their dine-in service until further notice. A new in-home dining program has been implemented so that residents can safely enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in their apartment homes. Hot carryout lunch and dinner selections are also available at our community cafes, pubs, and taverns.

Concierge services

To support our efforts to protect the well-being of residents and employees, we continue doorstep delivery of prescriptions, groceries, parcels ordered from retailers, and other items, upon request.


Telehealth medical appointments

Our on-site medical center professionals are conducting telehealth telephone appointments for residents who prefer to receive diagnosis or follow-up care from the comfort of their apartment home.

Virtual events

Until amenities can reopen, many departments on campus are utilizing the on-campus TV station to provide online opportunities for residents to exercise, stay educated, and engage. Events include the following:

  • Online yoga, Pilates, and stretching classes
  • Call-in trivia shows
  • Virtual Town Hall meetings with the community executive team
