Resident Services

During the pandemic, Erickson Living is continually creating new and enhanced ways to provide services and amenities to residents.

In-home dining

All dining venues at Erickson Living communities have closed their dine-in service until further notice. A new in-home dining program has been implemented so that residents can safely enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in their apartment homes.

Concierge services

To support our efforts to protect the well-being of residents and employees, we have enhanced our community-based concierge service. Communities will be able to provide essential items like toilet paper, travel-size shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and single-serve coffee and tea, to hold residents over until groceries have been ordered and delivered. These items are complimentary during this COVID-19 situation.

Residents may contact their front desks between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. to place their concierge order. We ask that residents be good neighbors and request only those essential items that are absolutely needed to ensure there is enough to share with their fellow residents in their community.

Additional concierge services include doorstep delivery of prescriptions, newspapers, U.S. mail, and parcels ordered by retailers. We also offer complimentary dog-walking!

Telehealth medical appointments

Our on-site medical center professionals are available for telehealth telephone appointments so residents do not have to leave their apartment home for diagnosis or follow-up care.

Virtual events

Until amenities can reopen, many departments on campus are utilizing the on-campus TV station to provide online opportunities for residents to exercise, stay educated, and engage. Events include the following:

  • Online yoga, Pilates, and stretching classes
  • Call-in trivia shows
  • Virtual Town Hall meetings with the community executive team
