Cross-Functional Leadership

Before the first case of COVID-19 was reported in the U.S., Erickson Living enacted our emergency preparedness plan and assembled a task force of individuals across our enterprise. The COVID-19 task force meets multiple times each day to review the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), local health departments, and local governments and enacts protocols to protect the health and well-being of residents, staff, and their families.

Transparent Communication

Throughout the entirety of the COVID-19 public health issue, Erickson Living and its communities have been proactive in providing comprehensive communications to residents, staff, family members, and visitors. Our goal is to keep all members of our communities informed about the coronavirus, educated on the best practices for protecting themselves and others, and updated on any changes to community operations and services.

We will continue to be transparent and timely in our communications across multiple platforms, including traditional correspondence, telephone calls, the My Erickson digital app, call-in Town Hall meetings via in-house television, and more.
