Travel Restrictions and Social Distancing

Employee Travel Restrictions

All nonessential business travel for all Erickson Living employees has been postponed or canceled.

Any employee who has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 will be required to self-quarantine at home for 14 days before returning to work.


Resident Travel Advisories

It is strongly recommended that residents limit off-campus activities and that they carefully consider all upcoming travel, including flights and cruises.


Social Distancing On Campus

According to the CDC, the practice of social distancing can dramatically decrease the spread of COVID-19. Erickson Living-managed communities have made the following modifications to encourage safe social distancing:

 

Activities and Amenities

On-campus events, activities, and social gatherings have limited capacity, in alignment with state and local guidelines.

Community rooms and gathering spaces have been reconfigured to support safe social distancing.

Our on-campus medical centers continue to see patients by appointment only. Virtial telehealth appointments are also available.

At most communities, salons, fitness centers, pools, and other amenities are open with limited capacity to support proper social distancing. Visit the Independent Living Community Reopening Plans page for the most up-to-date information.

 

Transportation

Off-campus shuttle service is offered on a limited basis for trips to select grocery stores. On-campus service is available to access community amenities. Sedan services are available for limited trips.

 

Housekeeping

We have increased our common area cleaning and disinfecting. Limited, basic residential housekeeping services have resumed.
