Meet Devonshire's Executive Team

Jim Wingardner, Executive Director

Jim joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team as executive director in 2016. Prior to coming to Devonshire, he was executive director with Brooksby Village and Linden Ponds, with responsibility for the overall operations of each community. Jim earned his undergraduate degree from Southern New Hampshire University in hotel and restaurant management and his master of science degree in elder care management from Lasell College in Massachusetts.

Brad Andrus, Associate Executive Director

Brad joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team in August 2019. Prior to coming to Devonshire, he was the associate executive director at Greenspring, serving 2,000 residents. Prior to joining Erickson Living, Brad was the executive director for Asbury Solomons and Calvert Nursing Center. Brad earned his undergraduate degree from Towson University, master’s degree in business management from Notre Dame University of Maryland, and a master’s degree in the management of aging services from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County.

Julie Perry, Director of Human Resources

Julie joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team in September 2018. Prior to coming to Devonshire, she was the senior human resources manager at Oak Crest from May 2017 to September 2018. She was promoted shortly after joining the team at Devonshire. Julie has been in HR for over 30 years and has specialized in all areas of the discipline. Julie earned her master’s degree in human resource management from American University in Washington, DC.

Angela McArthur, Assistant Finance Director

Angela joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team as the business office director in 2008 and was recently promoted to the assistant finance director in 2019. Prior to coming to Devonshire-Chatsworth, she was the business office manager for Consulate Healthcare in West Palm Beach, where she was responsible for the overall financial operations and business aspects of the department, such as payroll, benefits administration, and accounts payable and receivable for a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. Angela earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Keiser University and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. in health care management.

Lisa Izquierdo, R.N., N.H.A., L.R.M., Director of Continuing Care

Lisa joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team as director of continuing care in 2016. Prior to coming to Devonshire-Chatsworth she was executive director for Consulate Healthcare in Palm Beach, where she was responsible for the overall operations of a 160-bed skilled nursing facility. Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Atlantic University and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Florida International University.

Kathy McCrossin, Sales Director

Kathy began her career with Erickson Living in 2006 as a Sales Associate at Maris Grove, in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. Kathy held several positions in the sales office before a promotion to sales director in 2010. In July of 2017, Kathy relocated to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where she continues her career as the sales director at Devonshire. Her background includes real estate and property management, advertising, and marketing. Kathy holds a degree in accounting and a real estate license.

W. Martin Bores, Resident Life Manager

Marty joined the Devonshire-Chatsworth team in 2007. Prior to coming to Devonshire, he was director of operations for the Hudson Valley Resort and Spa, where he oversaw the front-of-house operations, including front desk, valet, security and guest relations. Marty earned his degree in design and marketing at the F.I.T. in Manhattan.
