Houston’s Favorite Retirement Destination

Located on a 71-acre campus in West Houston, TX, Eagle’s Trace is a continuing care retirement community for seniors age 62-plus. Here, you’ll discover an active lifestyle in the perfect setting. We’re right near I-10 and Sam Houston Tollway, close to area landmarks like Memorial City Mall and scenic George Bush Park.

Along with vibrant independent living, we provide assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care at our on-site continuing care neighborhood.

A History of Eagle’s Trace

To meet the growing demand for senior living in Houston, Eagle’s Trace opened in 2005. The first apartment homes sold quickly, and our community continues to expand today.

Currently, we have 570 independent living apartment homes and a continuing care neighborhood, with a total staff of more than 400.

Join our Priority List to stay in-the-know about Eagle’s Trace. You’ll receive the latest news and developments, including construction announcements, pricing incentives, and more.

You don’t move in and stay in. You can still work and have activities that you do outside. It’s really independent living.
