HOUSTON, TX---During his career as an engineer for a major international oil company, he interacted with colleagues who called him "Mr. Gillespie." But now as a mentor to students at Barbara Bush Elementary School, he's simply "Mr. Jim." Over eighty residents of Eagle's Trace, the Erickson Living retirement community in West Houston, got a jump start on people of all ages by enjoying a 2013 Mardi Gras celebration on February 10th.
