HOUSTON, TX---Eagle's Trace, the Erickson Living retirement community, announced the hiring of Jodie Schroeder as its Lead Sales Counselor in the Sales Department.
Ms. Schroeder holds nine years of real estate experience, working with top firms in the Houston area.
With 556 residents, Eagle's Trace has an occupancy rate of 95 percent in its independent living neighborhood, well above industry average. A new continuing care neighborhood offering assisted living, memory care, post acute rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation services is scheduled to open in the spring of 2013.
In her position with the Sales Department of Eagle's Trace, Ms. Schroeder interacts with prospective residents in daily appointments, marketing events and community outreach programs.
She also serves as the personal move consultant for the realty and moving services program. Through personal home visits, she works with future residents on creating a customized plan to not only sell their houses quickly and for a fair price but also to ensure a seamless move to Eagle's Trace. Ms. Schroeder coordinates services with a preferred team of experts including realtors, downsizers and senior move managers.
A native of Houston, Ms. Schroeder serves as a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and attends St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
