Eagle’s Trace Promotes Kristin Malejan to Director of Resident Life

Houston, Texas—Eagle’s Trace retirement community promoted Kristin Malejan to Director of Resident of Life.

As Director of Resident Life for Eagle’s Trace, Mrs. Malejan will provide oversight and support to several areas that directly impact the daily lives of more than 775 residents of the Erickson Living retirement community.  These include community resources, fitness and wellness services, volunteer programming, social work services, pastoral ministries, home support and memory health programs.  The Resident Life Department consists of 70 employees.

“As Eagle’s Trace grows, providing a positive resident experience is more important than ever.  Kristin has proven herself to be a compassionate and creative leader who engages with all residents across our continuum of care,” stated Stephen Aigner, Executive Director of Eagle’s Trace.  “Promoting her to Director of Resident Life is a natural progression and a reward for the innovative programming and expertise she has developed during her tenure at our community.”

Mrs. Malejan was named the 2016 Leader of the Year for Eagle’s Trace.  As a result, she was recognized with other award winners from around the nation at the Erickson Living Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland on March 6.
