If something happens to me and I no longer can live independently...there’s a place right across the campus where I can go for whatever needs that I have.
Assisted Living or Independent Living?
Located in vibrant West Houston with easy access to 1-10 and Sam Houston Tollway, it’s easy to stay active at Eagle’s Trace. We offer independent living, plus assisted living and other levels of care should your health needs ever change.
What’s the difference between independent living and assisted living?
At Eagle’s Trace, you may feel even more independent than you did in your house. Without the stress of maintenance and repairs, you’re free to pursue new interests, meet new friends, and devote more time to the things, and people, you love.
Here on campus, you’ll find a wealth of amenities and activities, like language classes, gardening, and Wii bowling. Our 71-acre campus includes a putting green, miles of walking paths, horseshoe pits, and beautiful Lake Aguila. Here’s the best part: our landscaping team takes care of the mowing, the planting, and the upkeep.
As an independent living resident, you’ll have convenient access to the on-site medical center, plus in-home care through certified home health or a private duty nurse. Outpatient rehabilitation is also available right on campus.
Should the need arise, independent living residents can make the transition to the on-site continuing care neighborhood. However, you don’t have to be a resident of Eagle’s Trace to come here. Located on our 71-acre West Houston campus, the continuing care neighborhood offers assisted living, memory care, respite care, and short-term rehabilitation.
Our highly-trained and empathetic team gets to know and care about you on a personal level. Here, you’ll receive an individualized care plan, plus hours of face-to-face interaction and activities. Designed with your comfort in mind, the neighborhood is warm and home-like with several dining venues and living rooms for socializing.
