NOVI, MI (February 21, 2017) -- Residents of Fox Run retirement community feasted on hundreds of chocolate delicacies prepared by the nation's finest chefs when they celebrated a Valentine's Day Chocolate Fest by basking in the nostalgia and romanticism of chocolate.
Kevin Cunningham, Director of Dining Services and a chocolatier who admits to having a constant craving for truffles and cheesecakes, created many of the chocolate masterpieces himself.
The Entrée consisted of sliced beef tenderloin rubbed with organic cocoa nib, cinnamon spices and served with a chocolate infused red wine sauce. Chocolate delights included the following:
