The 2015 Washington Post Top Workplace awards were determined based on feedback received from an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC.   A leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement, WorkplaceDynamics began the Top Workplaces program in 2006 and today, conducts regional programs with 45 major publishing partners across the United States.  Their program is based the belief that, "the most successful companies are the ones that employees believe in."
