Greenspring Celebrates Grand Re-Opening of Potomac Café

January 31, 2020

Springfield, Va. – January 31, 2020 – Greenspring, a senior living community developed and managed by Erickson Living®, recently celebrated the re-opening of one of its signature dining venues, the Potomac Café.

Located in the community's Town Center clubhouse, the Potomac is open all day, and features short-order favorites like salads, deli wraps, and tasty breakfast sandwiches. With a brand new pizza station, grill, deli station and hot line, the newly renovated Café will add even more variety and diversity to Greenspring's robust menu options on campus.

Greenspring has five on-site restaurants located throughout the community for residents' convenience.

Diners at the new Potomac Café will enjoy fast casual service in a lovely setting, with brand new décor, tables and chairs. The Potomac's Executive Chef, Mark Dewey, has developed a versatile menu that incorporates many of Greenspring residents' favorite dishes, along with some creative additions to meet the evolving tastes of today's seniors.

"Residents are really enjoying the new entrée salads, including The Potomac Signature Salad and the Sesame Asian Salad," said Cory Young, General Manager. "In addition, the carving and action station has been quite popular, especially the Taco Salad Bar and the Carved Salmon."

After several months of renovations, Greenspring's dedicated, professional Dining team is thrilled to be back together serving residents and guests at the new Potomac Café.
