Sonya Bethel, M.D.
Dr. Bethel received her bachelor's degree in chemistry from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, and her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Florida. She completed an internship and residency in family practice at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Bethel is board-certified in family medicine. She joined Greenspring in May 2007.
Phu Pham, M.D.
Dr. Pham completed his residency at the Johns Hopkins-affiliated Wyman Park Health System in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1984. He practiced at Centra Care Medical Center in Orlando, Florida, from 1984 to 1987 and at ONG Medical Center in Maryland from 1987 to 1989. Dr. Pham was in private practice in Springfield, Virginia, from 1989 to 2013. He joined Greenspring in January 2014.
Lakshmi Bhagavathula, M.D.
Dr. Bhagavathula is board-certified in internal medicine. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Prince George's Hospital Center, Maryland. Dr. Bhagavathula was in private practice from 2003 to 2006 in Fairfax, Virginia. She was an attending physician in Arlington, Virginia. She is experienced in geriatric care and worked in various retirement communities prior to joining Erickson Health Medical Group. She joined Greenspring in November 2014.
Kamal Sethi, M.D.
Dr. Sethi is board-certified in internal medicine and nephrology. She completed her residency and internship at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She was an attending physician at Howard University, Georgetown University Hospital, Sibley Hospital, Providence Hospital, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital, Inova Fairfax Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, and Specialty Hospital at Capitol Hill from 1996 to 2014. Dr. Sethi served as chief of clinical excellence at Providence Hospital from 2010 to 2013 and program director of internal medicine at Providence Hospital from 2010 to 2012. She joined Greenspring in May 2014.
Mildred Prah, D.P.M.
Dr. Prah received her bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. She received her doctor of podiatric medicine degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Prah joined Greenspring in September 2010.
Kathleen E. Mares, C.R.N.P.
Ms. Mares received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, and her master's degree from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She is certified as an adult nurse practitioner. Ms. Mares joined Greenspring in May 2006.
Patricia J. Ferrari, A.P.R.N.-M.H.
Ms. Ferrari received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, New York, and her master's degree in nursing from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is certified in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing. Ms. Ferrari joined Greenspring in June 1999.
C. DeAnne Zwicker, Dr.N.P., A.P.R.N., B.C.
Ms. Zwicker received her doctor of nursing practice in nursing science from Drexel University and her master of science in nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. She has a bachelor of science in nursing from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and an associate degree in nursing from Anderson University. She joined Greenspring in July 2016.
