Dallas, Texas— Residents of Highland Springs retirement community in North Dallas will join more than 100,000 older adults across the nation in celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day on May 25.

This year’s theme is “Improve Your Health for a Better Self!”

Highland Springs will host a trifecta of events designed to commemorate the day.

Highland Springs Embarks on Independent Living Resident Building Project

Dallas, Texas-- Highland Springs announced the future addition of Pecan Grove, a new independent living building currently under construction. The Erickson Living retirement community project features 108 residences with nine fresh floor plan designs that vary in style from luxury two-bedroom to extra-large one-bedroom homes. Dallas, Texas— A North Dallas man who helped people capture memories for nearly four decades recently made a few himself. Albert Binko, a U.S. Army veteran from World War II and retired photography lab owner, participated in an Honor Flight DFW trip to the national war memorials in Washington, DC last month.
