Highland Springs Residents' Christmas Project Earns Statewide Honors

DALLAS, TX---A group of residents from Highland Springs, the Erickson Living retirement community, received statewide honors for a special yearlong charitable project. They won the 2014 LeadingAge Texas Award for Volunteer Achievement (Group) for their creativity and talent in constructing and decorating cradle sets and toy fire trucks for Dallas-area children during the Christmas season. DALLAS, TX---The Continuing Care Neighborhood at Highland Springs retirement community attained the maximum score in three signature categories of the Five-Star Quality Rating System administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
