No. Once you release your apartment home, we’ll handle the details of finding a new resident to live in the unit.

One of the benefits to our lifestyle is that couples can stay together in the same community. If your spouse needs care but you don’t, we’ll work with you to determine the right living situation for you both.

What if I have an emergency in my apartment home?

A:

If you’re in distress, tug on one of the emergency pull cords located throughout your home. A member of our security team will arrive within minutes. For added peace of mind, your front door is fitted with a sentry latch which we will check on a daily basis.

Can I enjoy a walk around the grounds day or night?

A:

Absolutely. Our community is monitored around the clock by a full-time security team cross-trained in emergency response. Many of our residents enjoy evening and early morning walks.
