At this level of investment, Erickson Living will likely be the most active developer in the senior marketplace over the next decade.

Currently, the average occupancy at Erickson Living communities is 95 percent, compared to the industry average of less than 90 percent. As a result of this top performance and Erickson Living's success in executing on its growth strategy, the company now generates over $1 billion in annual revenue while providing homes to over 25,000 seniors and career opportunities to over 15,000 staff.

The sales office is scheduled to open in January 2019, with the highly anticipated project opening in approximately two years. This will be Erickson Living's second community in Florida, the other being Devonshire at PGA National in West Palm Beach.
