Greetings From Parkville’s Premier Retirement Community

Set on 87 acres in Baltimore County, Maryland, Oak Crest is an active senior living community for people 60-plus. We’re located in Parkville, just minutes from Belair Road, I-95, and I-695. Our residents come from Lutherville, Timonium, Towson, Perry Hall, and far beyond.

As a continuing care community, we offer independent living, plus on-site assisted living, long-term care, and short-term rehabilitation.

The Oak Crest Story

We’re celebrating more than 20 years in Parkville! We opened in 1995 to meet Baltimore County’s growing demand for senior living. Our first apartment homes sold quickly, and our community continues to thrive today.

Oak Crest is fully built out with 1,520 independent living apartment homes and a continuing care health services neighborhood. At last count, our staff totals 1,246!

For the latest news, join the Oak Crest Priority List. Priority List members are the first to hear about special offers, pricing incentives, and more.

Greg and Joanne Harney

You don’t move in and stay in. You can still work and have activities that you do outside. It’s really independent living.

Built on 30 Years of Experience

Oak Crest is a not-for-profit community managed by Erickson Living, a network of communities with 30-plus years of experience meeting the needs of seniors. In 1983, the opening of Charlestown, our sister community in Catonsville, MD, redefined active senior living.

More than 24,000 people in 11 states call an Erickson Living community home.
