As part of the wellness program at Erickson Living, employees are asked to know their health numbers. This includes cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and vision. In addition, employees complete a personalized health assessment and certify that they are tobacco-free.

By doing these three things, employees receive a premium discount on health insurance each year. Erickson Living also has onsite health and wellness centers, a partnership with Weight Watchers, a smoking cessation program, and an onsite nurse health coach.
