Oak Crest Promotes Amy Ward to Assistant Human Resources Director

Parkville, Maryland—Oak Crest announced the promotion of Amy Ward to Assistant Human Resources Director.

Ms. Ward has been with Oak Crest, a retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Living, since November, 2016 as Senior Human Resources Manager.  Previously, she was employed with LifeBridge Health for fourteen years.

"We take great pride in creating an engaged, one-team culture at Oak Crest, and Amy has been a key contributor in making this a reality," said Mark Roussey, Executive Director.  "She cares deeply about the development of her co-workers, shares her expertise on a daily basis and embraces our mission.  We look forward to Amy achieving even greater success in her new leadership role."  

Ms. Ward earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ursinus College and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Villanova University.  A member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA), she holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP certifications.

She resides with her family in Lutherville, Maryland.
