Assisted Living Pricing

Assisted living service packages are determined by the degree of assistance our residents require. Packages range from $5,615-$9,606 a month.

The 90% Refundable Entrance Fee* is either $93,000 or $103,000-depending on size.

The most common package is $6,856 a month and includes all of these services:

  • Initial assessment and follow-up from the complete care team (physician, nurse, program directors, geriatric nursing assistant, family and resident; as needed dietitian, rehabilitation therapist and mental health worker) to create an individualized plan
  • Three meals a day plus snacks
  • 24-hour security and emergency services
  • Licensed nurses on-site 24/7
  • Care for memory difficulties and other dementias
  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with bathing and dressing
  • Housekeeping
  • Social work services
  • Utilities
  • Cable television
  • Maintenance of residence
  • Transportation to local outings and shopping
  • Activities and entertainment
  • Escort services to primary care appointments at medical center
  • Safety reminders, cueing and supervision
  • Medical appointment scheduling
  • Amenities of the larger Oak Crest campus

Inpatient Rehabilitation Pricing

Oak Crest provides physical, speech, and occupational therapy programs to meet your individual needs.

A few important points to remember about inpatient rehabilitation:

  • Depending on circumstances, Medicare can cover a portion of the costs of rehabilitation stays.
  • You or your loved one can choose where you go for rehabilitation.
  • You do not have to be a current Oak Crest resident to come to our continuing care health services neighborhood for inpatient rehabilitation.

Long-Term Care Pricing

A private room in long-term care is $401 a day. The 90% Refundable Entrance Fee* is $93,000.

The service package includes the following:

  • 24-hour nursing care (complete assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, moving and medication management)
  • Initial assessment and follow-up from the complete care team (physician, nurse, program directors, geriatric nursing assistant, family and resident; as needed dietitian, rehabilitation therapist and mental health worker) to create an individualized plan
  • Three meals a day plus snacks
  • 24-hour security and emergency services
  • Specialized care for memory difficulties and other dementias
  • Housekeeping
  • Social work services
  • Utilities
  • Cable television
  • Maintenance of residence
  • Transportation to local outings and shopping
  • Activities and entertainment
  • Memory enhancement activities
  • Escort services to primary care appointments at medical center
  • Medical appointment scheduling

Unlike the typical nursing home, our residents receiving continuing care health services enjoy Erickson Living’s commitment to their lifelong security. When you or your loved one becomes a resident, you pay a one-time 90% Refundable Entrance Fee*. There is also a service package based on the type of care and services received.
