One of the benefits to our lifestyle is that couples can stay together in the same community. If your spouse needs care but you don’t, we’ll work with you to determine the right living situation for you both.

We never lock you in or out. This is your home; you’re free to come and go as you please.

What happens if I run out of money?

As a not-for-profit community, we’re dedicated to supporting residents who experience unexpected financial difficulty. We maintain a Resident Care Fund designed specifically to assist eligible residents. Independent living residents will never be asked to leave the community because of a genuine inability to pay.

Can my grandkids stay overnight?

You bet! Friends and family are welcome to stay with you temporarily in your apartment home. We also offer a limited number of fully furnished guest suites for a nominal fee.
